Waitlist privacy notice
This notice covers the two forms on this site: the Hardscape Bid Builder waitlist, and the custom-builds inquiry form for contractors the shared product doesn't serve.
What we collect
Waitlist: your email address and a few qualifying answers you provide on the form: your crew size, what you mostly build, how you price jobs today, and whether you know your fully-burdened labor cost per hour.
Custom-builds inquiry: your email address, your role, whether you can approve the spend, the problem you're trying to solve, what you've already tried or spent on it, and your budget band.
The free calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing.
Why we collect it
Waitlist answers let us gauge demand and contact you about early access — we compute a simple internal interest score from them so we can reach out to the best-matched founding users first. Inquiry answers let us tell whether a custom build is a fit and reply with next steps.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t collect anything you type into the free calculator — it never leaves your device.
Processing & retention
Signups and inquiries are stored in our database and processed by the services that run this site (our hosting provider, our bot-check provider, and our email provider). We keep waitlist entries until we launch or until you ask us to remove yours. We keep a custom-builds inquiry until the offer is withdrawn or you ask us to remove it, by emailing privacy@hardscapebid.com.
We use PostHog, EU-hosted, for cookieless analytics — no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
